Mobile Oilfield

All Mobile Apps

OFS ERP
This new and powerful RigER mobile access portal opens functional capabilities of the cloud configuration on mobile including inventory control, dispatching and scheduling, inspections, maintenance, invoicing, and database administration. That means you can get access to any document, report or dashboard and perform any operation that you can do on your computer. This client works in an online mode and gives you all live data and full control over your database settings. So now you need only two things to manage your operations – mobile device and internet connection.
This RigER mobile client gives full access to all modules of the Oilfield Services ERP such as Sales, Dispatching, Rentals, Repairs, Maintenance etc. Authorized users can create, change, and approve any document – from quote, to field ticket, to invoice in real time. It is a powerful tool for managers and executives allowing them to run reports and dashboards anytime, anywhere.
Oilfield Dispatch
This is the most feature-rich out of all RigER apps, and it has a rather general application. RigER Dispatch app incorporates all the functionality of the previous two and unlike other apps can be used to perform different actions. This app allows to run a full job cycle up to invoice generation – which is done through the cloud desktop client. It covers all the steps involved in the field sales and dispatching, such as:
  • Access to all the informational catalogs – Items, Companies, Locations, etc.
  • RSA creation and Quotation
  • Rental Ticket and Field Ticket creation – equipment deployment, return and service provision
  • Repair Cards – equipment repairs
As you can see the app has access to a lot of information in the database, thus, to be able to correctly operate it – the user must have a sufficient access level to the RigER database.

Field Ticket
It is designed for field technicians and supervisors to manage and gather all the job-specific information using their mobile devices – even when offline with no Internet or cellular coverage. Field workers can record the use of LEM (Labor, Equipment & Materials), perform inspections, attach photos and get client approvals in either online or offline mode. All field information is then synchronized and uploaded to the RigER cloud platform so that it’s available to everyone else in the company and for reports to management and clients.

  • Safety Documents – Vehicle inspections, JSAs, Work Permits, Hazard Assessment, other checklists
  • Internal Job Tickets

The app also allows users to generate a few reports, such as “Deployed Rental Units” report which field technicians can use to gain more valuable information about the job location and the Rental Units that are already deployed on that location.

Oilfield CRM
It simplifies the quote-to-contract process and leverages your price structure to ensure accuracy and compliance. Sales personnel can create client quotes on their mobile device and have them reviewed internally for approval or send them immediately to the client.

Purchase Order
The main focus of this application is to help with field purchases. It enables field personnel to make purchase requests and for a Purchase Manager to approve those requests.
The app allows access to two documents, which are:
  • Purchase Order (PO) Request
  • Purchase Order
This process can entirely eliminate the “…go to the office…” and “…send the papers for approval…” steps and save valuable time.

Service Call
This application enables users to create a service call directly on their mobile device, as well as to see all the Service Calls created by them, or which have been assigned to them. RigER Service Call allows you to keep track of all client communication and assign tasks to a particular client request if required.
All RigER apps can have E-mail notifications set up for each user so you get notified whenever a change occurs or when some action is required or a document needs your attention.
