Rental Units Purchases: Purchase Order

There are 3 purchase documents in RigER which allow you to add new rental units to your fleet: Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice and Bill of Lading. They should be entered one-by-one and this chain of documents we show you now.


You can find Purchase Orders in menu Purchases. A purchase order (PO) is a commercial document and first official offer issued by a buyer to a seller, indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services. We can print Purchase Order and send to our vendor or we can print Quote Request and send to several vendors.

Purchase Invoice and Bill of Lading can be generated based on Purchase Order.
