Pre-Implementation Express Diagnostic

Initial Express Diagnostic starts during the sales process and ends with an accepted proposal and contract. The goal of the Express Diagnostic is to gather enough information in order to define the high-level project scope and make a confident proposal for RigER implementation. The major deliverable is the implementation proposal and contract. There will also be a high level and possibly detailed requirements and gap/fit analysis documents.


Step 1. Design

The goal of the Step 1. Design is to define how the business requirements should be implemented. This step includes design of both the business software solution configuration and specific customizations and integrations needed to satisfy business requirements identified during the Pre-Implementation phase. The customization can range from simple user interface or report modifications to complex functionality additions or modifications.



Step 2. Configuration

The goal of the Step 2 is to configure RigER and develop customized solutions that are defined and approved in the design specifications.




Step 3. Integration

We can integrate RigER with your existing systems. Usually clients ask about ERP, accounting, CRM, invoicing, and safety and fleet management integration.





Step 4. Testing

Each component is tested and verified to be functioning according to specifications. This step includes the user workflow and interface testing, integration and technical testing.


Step 5. Training

RigER has user a friendly interface. Our goal is to build easy-to-use solution. Usually users do not need special software training. We include training about best practices and individual consultation with every sale. We strongly believe this is the key to a successful installation and would not do it any other way. Allocate between 4 to 8 hours of training time per employee.
